What does Free Launch include?

A normal approved listing with product details, category discovery and eligibility for genuine community votes. Free Launch costs $0 and requires admin approval.

What does Featured Launch include?

Priority Featured placement for 7 days and a Featured badge, in addition to the normal listing. This is a one-time payment, not a subscription.

Why are there two prices?

India costs ₹500; international buyers pay US$5. These are separate fixed regional prices, not currency conversion. Select your payment region before checkout.

What happens if I pay for Featured but my product is rejected?

If LaunchVero rejects a paid Featured submission before Featured placement starts, the Featured fee is eligible for a full refund. Eligible refunds are initiated to the original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.

Can I get a refund after Featured starts?

Once the 7-day Featured placement has started, the Featured fee is normally non-refundable. See the refund policy below for technical issues and duplicate or incorrect charges.

When do the 7 days start?

Only after both successful verified payment and admin approval. If payment comes first, the period starts at approval. If approval comes first, it starts at payment verification. Payment alone and approval alone cannot activate Featured.

Does payment guarantee results or a higher rank?

No. Featured does not guarantee traffic, sales or customers, and never adds votes or improves community vote ranking. Community rankings depend on genuine votes.

What happens after Featured expires?

The Featured badge and priority placement end. An approved product remains available as a normal listing, and keeps its genuine votes.

Where can I check my submission?

Sign in and open My Products to view your product's approval status. All submissions require admin review before appearing publicly.

How do I recover my password?

Use Forgot password on the sign-in page. Open the recovery email link and choose a new password. If a link has expired, request a new one.

Refund policy

  1. If you successfully pay for a Featured Launch and LaunchVero rejects your product before Featured placement has activated, you are eligible for a full refund of the Featured Launch fee.
  2. Eligible refunds will be initiated to the original payment method within 5 business days.
  3. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund after LaunchVero initiates it.
  4. If a verified payment succeeds but a LaunchVero technical issue prevents the purchased Featured placement from being provided and the issue cannot reasonably be resolved, you are eligible for a full refund.
  5. Once the 7-day Featured placement has started, the Featured fee is normally non-refundable.
  6. Duplicate or incorrect charges must be investigated and refunded where appropriate.
  7. Featured placement does not guarantee traffic, sales, customers, conversions, or a higher community vote ranking.

Eligible refunds are handled manually through the payment provider. A rejection or eligibility notice does not mean a refund has already been processed.
